Our funeral director Ashley Asquith at Carter Trent in Kingsport was so kind and helpful to us during the loss of our mom. At this very difficult time in our lives she made sure we as a family were well taken care of, she showed the greatest respect with the care she gave to mom, she answered all questions and was available to talk with us anytime we needed her or if we needed to change anything about the final preparations for mom’s funeral she was always available to us and very compassionate and respectful. Didn’t have to worry about anything Did a good job

The reason I hv taken so long to respond is that I really don’t hv the words to express my appreciation to Jacob Gasperson & the Carter-Trent family. When my husband passed away, I was devastated, in shock & of course not thinking clearly. My daughter had unfortunately used Jacob on three past occasions. My daughter told me Carter-Trent is who we need & Jacob will take care of us. Thru the following week no truer words were ever spoken! Jacob ask me a few questions & he “arranged” the funeral exactly the way we wanted. I will never forget him for his accuracy, follow thru, taking Nothing for granted & running interference on my behalf without me hvg to make a single phone call. Thank u Jacob & the Carter-Trent family for “ taking care of us”
