I can't give Funeral Alternatives of Lacey enough stars in how they handled such an emotional time of our life. From the time they picked up my loved one, the care and compassion was beyond. Even offering to play some favorite songs for him during his ride was such a personal touch that exceeded by expectations. The following day I received a call from our director, Erin, who consoled and guided us through the process. She made our family feel comfortable during our meeting, took the time to hear what we wanted for our loved one and executed our requests flawlessly. She checked in with me weekly to see how we were doing and offered to console or assist us in any way needed. As the day of the memorial ceremony got closer, Erin made sure we had everything needed for a seamless memorial. She offered to let us drop off items the day before so we weren't rushing the day of. When we got to the funeral home, she had already set up the flowers and urn so nicely at the front which helped take that burden off of me. Erin was the main person I dealt with, however, the rest of the staff there were all so compassionate and handled a delicate situation with the utmost professionalism and grace. My family and I truly appreciate everything they have done during this difficult time and will continue to recommend them to any family looking for a place to celebrate the life of a loved one.
