Lisa and Leo greeted us with beyond excellent heartfelt compassion and empathy. Over several phone calls, office visits with overwhelming information of choices, decisions. They both did their part in answering several of our questions and ultimately leading/directing/explaining us through it all . We chose our option that we felt most comfortable with. Of course none of us are ever ready for planning after death . For us even after talking with other companys options we definitely would recommend Sunset Cemetery - Leo and Lisa 💝thank you. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was straightforward, no hidden fees, no surprise info. everyone who helped me was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Even when I suddenly couldn’t make it on time to pick up my mother’s remains, I was accommodated with a new time the same day. My siblings and I are all in different states and not close. The agent facilitated the calls so everyone was on the same page and the process could go smoothly. There were follow calls and emailed info to help me through the process of losing a loved one outside of the grief. I was thankful for that because sometimes sadness is so heavy, we don’t think about all the other arrangements. Anyway, Affordable Cremation was a great choice for me. I would choose their services again without hesitation if need be.
