My name is Rick cornek. My wife's name is Karen cornek, my wife passed away on July the 2 with cancer. I am 70 years old and really never lost someone that close to me in my life. The funeral director I think his name is Rod what's so kind and patient with me with all the things I was going through. To help me throughout the time it took good care of Karen, my wife, I was lost in so many ways. And he helped me through the most difficult time in my life. I thank the Lord for him. Help him me through this time and give me a piece of mind in my heart to know that Karen is in a better place. So many things I had to go through at that time. And he walked me through it all. I can't put it in words. How comforting he was to me, one thing he did, especially help me was he asked if I wanted to see her again.And at the time, I said, no I wanted to remember her as before, put it by the end of the time. That we were there working through the things that I needed to get done. I did. He talked to me a little bit about things. And at the end I did, he gave me the opportunity to see her and after talking to him, my heart opened up, and I did say, yes, and he gave me a special viewing of her. She looks so good , and peaceful, it made my heart. Thank him for him for letting me do see her again. It meant a lot to me. And he still reaches out to me to make sure I'm doing okay, it was like a best friend talking you through something that you've never been through before. And I only met him at 1 time once he passed away. It means so much to me that he did all this for me. And his staff members were there anytime, I needed to ask them questions. They were also kind.They are a god god sent angels which what I think of them angels, giving you relief from the pain. You're going through.

It was a good experience considering the circumstances. Rod was able to listen to our needs and able to give his ideas as well. We all felt comfortable when we left that our ideas and feelings were taken into consideration. Rod handled it very well. Thank you. M H

Everyone was very pleasant...Rod made things as easy as possible for me and that was a great big relief and help...thank you to Rost Funeral home for making me feel comfortable
