When I walked in the doors to pick up a dear friend's ashes, I was greeted by Cindy. I was automatically in tear mode and right away she gave me a big hug and was very consoling. We sat together in a private room and I know she would have spent all day there with me if I needed it. She is genuinely compassionate, and passionate about what she does. Vegas Valley Cremation is a wonderful place if you ever have to use them. Cindy and her team are amazing they treat you and your loved ones with dignity and respect that they deserve! From the first phone call Nina greets you with kindness and compassion to Maggie the manager, to Scott who arranges what you want and need. To Thomas who is the cremator who treats your loved ones with respect and care, I can not say enough about this group I was in another state and didn’t know what to do so I reached out to Vegas valley cremation and they helped me through everything so I didn’t have to fly out and try and figure things out! Cindy I dealt with the most she is an amazing person and even put my loved one in the urn so carefully and played music for him. I just love these people.
