All of the staff at Carter Trent Funeral Home were very helpful, quick to return my calls and answer my questions. They even offered to meet me closer to my home rather than me drive an hour to work out details. Very accommodating

The reason I hv taken so long to respond is that I really don’t hv the words to express my appreciation to Jacob Gasperson & the Carter-Trent family. When my husband passed away, I was devastated, in shock & of course not thinking clearly. My daughter had unfortunately used Jacob on three past occasions. My daughter told me Carter-Trent is who we need & Jacob will take care of us. Thru the following week no truer words were ever spoken! Jacob ask me a few questions & he “arranged” the funeral exactly the way we wanted. I will never forget him for his accuracy, follow thru, taking Nothing for granted & running interference on my behalf without me hvg to make a single phone call. I’ve heard other funeral homes taking advantage of family during this emotional draining event as far as prices. Carter Trent has always kept the process simple and explained everything in detail. They never had hidden surprises or fees. I’ve always trusted them. That means a lot when someone is going through a difficult time.
