The staff at Ullrey Memorial Chapel was amazing. Our funeral director, Chelsea, treated us all like extended family. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated her kindness and understanding throughout the entire process. What stood out to me most was how seamlessly she handled the practical details—she made what could have felt like a cold business transaction feel deeply personal. Kerrie was also incredible, helping with the funeral procession and gently guiding me as I got my dad dressed and prepared for the day. If it weren't for her, I don't think I could have made it through that part. I will always have a special place in my heart for both Chelsea and Kerrie. It’s hard to put into words just how much their compassion meant to me during such a difficult time. They are truly kind and amazing people.

I contacted Ullrey when I was told that my mother had just hours before passing away. Hospice told me that we needed to pick a funeral home or they will just send her to whoever is on call. I called not even knowing the questions to ask. Chelsea walked me through everything with so much patience and compassion that I will never forget her name. I was surprised about how affordable the services are. I didn’t know what to expect but I had a number in my head what I thought it would cost and was relived that it was nowhere near that number. I can’t thank the staff enough for being there when I needed them. Highly recommended.

They have a amazing staff especially a woman named Linsey she helped in so many ways, she took the time to listen to what we wanted or thought we did, she was honest and if I just needed to vent she listened. She even laughed with us when my kids would ask silly thing or say. She made the transition for us and my husband a little bit easier.

People at this mortuary are very kind and very patient. I lost my old man and his ashes are there. And it's been way too long since I've gotten to pick their ashes up.. they have been very kind and patient with me
